Search your gene:
Click the "Search" button in the navigation bar to enter the search page. Select the molecular level in the drop-down menu, enter the gene name in the text input box, and click "Go!" button to search.
The search results include gene name (mRNA, miRNA, lncRNA or circRNA), log2FC, Padj, differential expression types and data sources. At the bottom of the page, boxplots show the expression distributions in different data sources, and related experimentally supported data from multiple molecular levels are also presented. For lncRNA, the relative lncRNA-drug correlations are presented (data from LncMAP, Li et al., 2018).

RNA network：
The RNA search interface can obtain individual RNA network relationships through gene names in the overall RNA network, and the graph is convenient for dragging and dropping the dynamic interface to view RNA names.
The TF-target interface obtains a graph of transcription factor and target gene networks by searching for target genes.
Download data:
The Download interface provides all the data in the database, and the users can select the dataset for download.
Contact Us:
The Contact Us interface provides the contact details of the author, and the user can contact the author of this database on your own.
