GBCdb
Welcome to GBCdb

Gallbladder carcinoma (GBC), the most common cancer of the biliary tract, has dismal survival largely caused by delayed diagnosis that is the main challenge. Most patients with symptom are found incurable tumors, and the clinical outcome is very poor: the median survival time is less than 1 year, and the 5-year overall survival rate is less than 5%. The complex molecular mechanism in the occurrence and development of GBC may involve in aberrant alternations of different molecular levels, and multi-omics landscapes are critical to elucidate pathogenesis of the complex disease. The knowledge of the molecular events in GBC pathogenesis, especially from multi-omics levels, are still unclear. To address these limitations and present the detailed landscapes from the multiple molecular levels, we constructed GBCdb to understand GBC-associated expression landscapes and potential RNA interactions (mRNAs, miRNAs, lncRNAs and circRNAs), also containing experimentally verified GBC-associated genes from references.

In GBCdb, you can:

Query the GBC-associated mRNA landscape.

Query the GBC-associated ncRNA landscape.

Search GBC-associated experimentally supported genes, proteins, and etc.

Browse RNA interaction network in GBC.

Browse TF regulatory network in GBC.

Download GBC-associated data.
